Does this sound like you?

You aren’t sure exactly what you need but recognize that living with this anxiety feels discouraging and unmanageable.

Reading books and seeking out tips for managing anxiety has actually led to you feeling more anxiety because it just added more items to your to-do list.

You want to make demonstrable progress on overcoming your anxiety. You long for a space to be heard, without judgment.

Welcome.

I’m Megan, and I can help.

I help women name, understand and transform the underlying anxiety that seems an inevitable part of their lives. I won’t just sit and listen. Instead, you and I will form a dynamic partnership to create a life that doesn’t have anxiety fueling every thought and action. My clients not only experience a change with their initial complaint of anxiety, but also with their relationships, confidence, and sense of possibility in their lives.

Working with Me

For the past twelve years, I have worked with individuals who have anxiety, constant stress, uncontrolled worry, and panic attacks. My clients typically meet with me weekly so they have consistent support and can move out of feeling like they are in crisis.

My job is to provide a space to process your experiences and learn ways to create and maintain calm during the busyness and demands of your everyday life.

What my clients say:

  • Megan has walked alongside me in some of my best and worst times. She is a patient, realistic, and supportive therapist and I leave each session with an actual plan of what I want to focus/work on. I am grateful for Megan's professionalism, insightful reflections, and her guidance. Working with Megan has been life-altering for me and I can't imagine where I would be had I not begun working with her 6+ years ago.

    Lisa G.

  • Megan has walked alongside me during my lowest lows and was there to support me through it all. At the end of every session, I left with an action plan for the week that would guide me in my growth journey toward being a healthier me.

    Sandy S.

  • Megan was amazing from day one. She is easy to talk to and creates a relaxing environment. She LISTENS, encourages, helps with strategies, and holds you accountable. I 1000% recommend Megan, she is an excellent counselor.

    Suzanne D.

  • Working with Megan was a life-changing experience. Megan gave me the tools to help me understand myself better and navigate my various roles; as a mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and colleague. The skills I gained helped me process, reflect on, and take action in my personal and professional life.

    Rachell P.

  • Megan is, by far, the most compassionate and caring therapist that I have ever worked with. She helped me navigate through some of the most difficult times in my life. Words cannot adequately describe how thankful I am for Megan being there to support me when I needed support the most.
