My therapy model is designed around standing appointment weekly sessions in a carefully curated space, a deliberate choice aimed at fostering growth, facilitating healing, and achieving goals within a more condensed timeframe compared to traditional bi-monthly or as-needed approaches.

I am an in-network provider for Aetna, SHP & BCBS. I can still work with you as an out-of-network provider. I partner with Thrizer, a service that automatically submits receipts to your insurance for out-of-network therapy so you don’t have to.

Your out-of-network insurance benefits may cover between 30-90% of the cost of therapy.
